Per app, how far each surface reaches: off — nobody; local — only browsers
on this machine; lan — also LAN/tailnet devices; internet — everyone who can reach the hub.
Suggestions is the 💡 Suggest button regular users see (files into your review queue);
Dev markup is the full annotation toolbar + note intake (usually just you, local);
Dev auto-on gives that class dev mode without the unlock code (off = code always
required; never wider than Dev markup itself — e.g. local makes same-machine
browsers dev automatically while internet visitors of the same instance never are);
the Quake terminal is a Claude Code terminal on this machine — treat its reach with care.
The hub enforces all of it server-side.
